Anna's Biography
Anna grew up surrounded by music and always has been a natural vocalist. After ten years as a personal fitness trainer she changed careers and for the past 11 years she focused on training people to breathe correctly. Her work has evolved to now include learning to live your yoga.
Anna teaches the fundamentals of breathing to people through her private phone tutoring as well as group workshops, and national conferences.
Anna’s been a featured guest of many radio stations around the U. S. Her CD program Learn to Breathe, The Whole-Body Breathing Series which includes her book Breathe for the Health of It has been selling around the world for eight years.
Anna is the Teacher of Breath in a Biofeedback game put out by Wild Divine in 2005. Through computer animation she appears as a guide to the player throughout the program helping them learn to use breathing to advance through their challenges.
Anna’s Whole-Body Breathing method is derived from her own investigation into the many methods and practices of breathing from around the world. Anna designed and composed her program to take a person from a beginner level of breathing to advanced breath awareness.
She combined her talents as a musician and vocalist to create a calming program that transcends energy and helps the listener practice key elements of mind training while gently expanding the whole body into breath. She believes using the full capacity of the mind to engage all the senses is important in personal growth, inner strength and good laughter.
Anna says if you practice Whole-Body Breathing™ for a month you will increase your energy levels and become very aware of how to actually change your day-to-day stress using breath.
